I've been trying to get back into shape! Although it may already seem like I am in shape given my petite size, I'm not! I get tired easily and catch cramps doing the simplest tasks, hahaha! Here's my day one work out after effects. I've posted my actual workout list below the video.

(20) WALL/INCLINED PUSHUPS

5. JOG IN PLACE (2) min.

+ FULL SPEED (30) secs.
+ SLOW INTO JOG (15) secs.
